Verification, Data Protection And Complaints
When opening an account we collect details such as email address, date of birth, country, phone number and full name, which form the basis for later identity checks. Before paying out a withdrawal we ask for documents such as a passport, driving licence or ID card, proof of address and evidence of payment method ownership; these must reach us within 30 days of our request, and review usually takes up to 10 days once everything has been submitted, though complex cases can take longer. For example, a request for proof of address sent on 1 June must be answered with the required document by 1 July to avoid any delay to a withdrawal. We confirm receipt of documents by email once review begins.
We allow only one account per person, household, phone number, email address and IP address, and duplicate accounts are closed with any winnings on them voided. Our privacy notice is based on GDPR, and personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses, with equivalent contractual safeguards applying to how that data is handled. Account pages and payment processing are protected with advanced SSL encryption. If a complaint cannot be settled through our support channels, it is escalated in writing to our Complaints Resolution Committee, including the account username, full registered name and specific dates and times, sent from the registered email address; the Committee aims to give an outcome within 10 days, with external dispute resolution referenced for cases that remain unresolved.
