How Self-Exclusion and Time-Outs Work
Self-exclusion at Slimking is requested by email: once support receives the request, the account is closed within 24 hours, and the usual sign-in process no longer gives access to it. This is the firmest tool we offer and is meant for anyone who wants to stop playing immediately rather than adjust session by session.
A temporary break is a lighter option. It is arranged directly with support rather than through an automated setting in the account, and play is paused for whatever period is agreed between the player and our team. Unlike self-exclusion, a temporary break is meant to be a pause rather than a closure.
Support Beyond Slimking
If you want an outside view on your play, we point players toward GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, three independent organisations that offer advice and support separate from our own account tools. For a shared device or family computer, we recommend Net Nanny as parental control software to help prevent underage access to the account.
