What Our Terms Cover for Players
Customer funds are held separately from company funds in dedicated client bank accounts, which our terms describe as protection in the event of insolvency, and account data is secured with SSL encryption across the payment methods listed on our banking page. Data may also be shared with payment providers, game providers, fraud-prevention agencies, marketing partners and regulators, it may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses, and we may respond publicly to complaints posted on review sites or forums as part of how we handle customer feedback.
Our terms list jurisdictions where we do not accept players, including the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Malta, Cyprus, Denmark, the Netherlands and several others, and registration is closed to anyone under 18. Players who want to step back can request self-exclusion by email, with the account closed within 24 hours, or ask support for a temporary break; a 13-question self-assessment checklist and signposting to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are also part of our terms, alongside a recommendation to use Net Nanny for parental control.
If an issue is not resolved through our support email, it can be raised in writing with the subject line marked COMPLAINT, and it is reviewed by our Complaints Resolution Committee, typically with an outcome within 10 days; electronic correspondence is treated as received within 5 business days, and the fuller balance of what all this means in practice is set out on our pros and cons page.
