The English wording is binding, and any translation exists for convenience only, with English prevailing in case of discrepancy. Account Rules

We allow one account per person, per household or address, per phone number, email and IP address. This rule applies even across shared devices or a shared internet connection. Duplicate accounts are closed and any winnings held on them are voided. We may also carry out a phone call or face verification as part of standard account checks. Players manage access, including password recovery, through signing in to their account, and selling, buying or transferring an account to another person is not permitted under these terms.

Prohibited Conduct and Bonus Abuse

A number of actions breach our terms and can lead to account closure or voided winnings, particularly around bonus wagering rules such as the following.

• Opening more than one account per person, household, phone number or IP address
• Selling, buying or transferring an account to another player
• Transferring funds directly between players, which is not permitted
• Placing a roulette bet that covers 24 or more of the 37 numbers while a bonus is active
• Switching from low-weighted to high-weighted games, or from high-risk to low-risk stakes, right after a big win
• Leaving a bonus round, free spin or feature unfinished so it can be completed later under better conditions
• Using equal, zero-margin or hedging bets, or a Martingale-style staking system, to extract bonus value
• Exploiting a software bug or error for financial gain
• Registering an account under the age of 18, which results in any winnings being cancelled

We review suspected cases individually and may request further information before resolving the account.

Bonus Clauses and Account Closure

We allow only one bonus per person, family, household address, phone number and IP address, and only one bonus may be active on an account at any time, since bonuses cannot be stacked. Wagering requirements are met from the real money balance first, with the bonus balance used only afterwards, and a bonus offer can carry a maximum conversion cap of x1, x5, x10 or a fixed amount. Players who deposit must contact support before placing any bet, otherwise the related bonus may not be credited retroactively.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be voided. Separately, every deposit must be wagered at least 1x before it can be withdrawn through our banking methods; missing this rollover can trigger a fee of 10% of the last deposit, or 15% if it was made by bank card or bank transfer, with a minimum of £0.50. Closing an account is done by request to support and only once the balance is zero and no withdrawal is pending, otherwise remaining funds are voided. Electronic correspondence between us and the player is deemed received within 5 business days of being sent.
